Session 3 - Risk Treatment and Risk Control
Development and effectiveness of risk controls, contingency planning, standards and guidelines, acceptable risk
Session 4 - Risk Treatment and Risk Financing
The concept of risk financing, total cost of risk, review of financing techniques of risk transfer, retention and insurance
Session 5 - Corporate Governance; reporting, monitoring, embedding
Development and requirements of codes of corporate governance for public and private sector, key requirements for embedding a risk management culture in an organisation
